Cleveland Chapter Scholarship The PLSO Cleveland Chapter has established a scholarship program. Please read our rules and qualifications carefully. If you have questions or inquiries, please contact our Education Trustee. 2011 Scholarship Award This year's recipient of the Cleveland PLSO Scholarship fund is Jake Korngable. The scholarship committee recommended Jake Korngable to the Executive Committee for a $1000 scholarship.
Jake Korngable is a sophomore at the University of Akron
and expects to receive his Associates degree in 2012 in the Land Surveying and
Mapping Program with his Bachelors degree in 2014. Jake is 19 years
old and is originally from Lore City, Ohio. Jake is an
active member of the University of Akron PLSO student chapter and is also a
member of the University of Akron GPS, which stands for Gathering of Potential
Surveyors.
Jake has a long term goal of one day becoming a county
surveyor in Ohio.
